    Gang of complete criminals with their fees. TFCU is currently being sued in class action from illegal overcharging. Everyone needs to jump on lawsuit and take TFCU down once and for all. TFCU has been the worst customer service towards small account clients.

    I guess this is more a review of one employees character. I was just in TFCU to dispute multiple Overdraft charges on my account, The gentlemen who sits in the office first desk on the right, explained he would need to call the main branch, speak to someone, its a process... I asked if there is anyone above him I can speak to regarding this. He gave me no options, except for he'll call me back.

    I went home, called the TFCU main branch myself, and had the problem fixed within minutes. Kind of discouraging.
