  I went to several furniture stores looking for a sectional couch. From the moment I walked into Bob’s Furniture I was greeted with great service. My husband and I were shopping with our 2 young sons in strollers. When we walked into Bob’s the sales associate, Monica, ran to us, not to be pushy but to hold the door. This was not done at the stores. She of course asked if she could assist us. We told her what we were shopping for and proceeded to bring us to the couches they offered. She was very knowledgeable and not your typical pushy sales person. She explained the prices, fabric, color options, protection plan and shared her own experiences. If I was to shop again at Bob’s I would want her as my sales associate. We did ultimately purchase our sectional from Bob’s and so far are very pleased. We did purchase the protection plan and are eased knowing if something happens they will repair or replace. However, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I am not sure if I am 100% happy with the quality of the fabric. I will have to see how it holds up.
